Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis delivered a firm message to Turkey from Kastellorizo, saying Greece seeks dialogue but will accept no threats, dictates or challenges to its sovereign rights. During an anniversary visit, he also announced €5,000 annual incentives for public servants and military personnel serving on the remote island. Households will receive a tax-free €5,000 yearly allowance, plus €1,000 per minor child, to encourage permanent residency.
