A massive wildfire has become Norway’s largest in modern times after destroying more than 100 homes in Drammen, about 30 miles west of Oslo. Rescue officials say hundreds of people have been evacuated, and no casualties or missing persons have been reported so far. Dozens of firefighters are battling the blaze, which has spread into nearby forest areas, with local police saying it remains “not under control.” Authorities are still investigating how and where the fire started, while dry weather is blamed for its rapid spread.
