Poland’s police arrested a man suspected of planning an attack on Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński announced Sunday. Tusk confirmed the detention in a post on X, thanking police for their “fast and decisive action.” Authorities have not disclosed the suspect’s identity or what kind of attack was allegedly planned. Police had earlier warned of a possible threat against Tusk and Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. Security officials said they considered the threat serious, but released no further operational details.
