Ukraine says Starlink and military Starshield satellite services returned to pre-restriction speeds Saturday after more than a week of disruptions. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said restoration began overnight, while Defence Minister Yevhenii Khmara reported stable connections on equipment moving above 400 kilometers per hour. Hours later, Elon Musk accused Ukraine’s military of violating Starlink’s terms by using it for offensive drone strikes. Attacks continued on both sides: Russian strikes killed civilians in Ukraine, while Kyiv reported strikes on Russian key facilities.
