Italian police recover stolen Renoir, Cézanne and Matisse artworks worth millions

Italian authorities say they have recovered three stolen paintings—works by Auguste Renoir, Paul Cézanne and Henri Matisse—valued in the millions of euros. The paintings were found during searches ordered by prosecutors after the theft earlier this year from the Magnani Rocca Foundation near Parma. Police said the Cézanne was valued at €6 million, the Renoir at €3 million and the Matisse at €20,000. The investigation is ongoing as officials pursue those behind the heist.
