Infinix Brings a New Tablet to Indonesia as Affordable Screens Meet Work, Study, and Everyday Digital Life

A tablet can occupy an unusual space between a smartphone and a laptop. It is larger than a phone, more portable than a computer, and increasingly expected to handle work, entertainment, study, and communication in the same day. That middle ground is where Infinix has introduced its latest device in Indonesia.

The Infinix XPAD 30 Pro officially entered the Indonesian market on September 9, 2026, with a starting price of Rp3.399 million for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage version. A higher configuration with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rp4.599 million.

The tablet features an 11-inch display with 2.5K resolution and a peak brightness of up to 550 nits. The screen also carries TÜV Rheinland certifications for hardware-level low blue light and flicker-free performance, features aimed at improving comfort during extended use.

One of the device’s more practical features is Wet Touch Technology, which is designed to keep the screen responsive when the display or the user’s hands are wet. For a device intended to move between different daily environments, that feature adds another layer of flexibility.

Infinix has also positioned the tablet around cross-device productivity. Desktop Expansion allows the XPAD 30 Pro to function as a second display, while Three-Screen Workflow and Cross-device Collaboration are designed to help users move files and information between compatible Infinix devices.

The approach reflects a broader change in how consumers use personal technology. A tablet is no longer necessarily limited to watching videos or browsing the internet. It can also become an additional workspace, a study screen, a digital notebook, or a companion device for people who move between locations.

The pricing places the XPAD 30 Pro within a segment where consumers often weigh specifications against affordability. The 4GB version is positioned at Rp3.399 million, while the 8GB configuration provides additional memory for users who may want greater multitasking capacity.

Color options also vary by configuration. The 4GB model is available in Twilight Purple, Titanium Silver, and Anthracite Grey, while the 8GB model comes in Titanium Silver and Anthracite Grey. Availability began through Indonesian sales channels at midnight on September 9.

The arrival of the XPAD 30 Pro adds another option to Indonesia’s increasingly diverse tablet market. Its combination of a larger display, cross-device features, and a relatively accessible starting price reflects the continuing effort by technology manufacturers to make tablets useful across several parts of everyday digital life.
