India Summons Senior Russian Diplomat, Cites “Grave Concerns” After Missile Strike Kills Four Indians

India summoned Vladimir Ladanov, Russia’s chargé d’affaires, and expressed “grave concerns” after a missile strike killed four Indian sailors on a Black Sea cargo ship leaving a Ukrainian port. Russia has not commented on the incident. Ukraine said the Golden Leo, a Guinea-Bissau-flagged vessel with an Indian and Syrian crew, was hit by three cruise missiles on Sunday, killing 10 people overall, including the four Indians.
