Ukraine said the Golden Leo, a Guinea-Bissau-flagged vessel with an Indian and Syrian crew, was hit by three cruise missiles on Sunday, killing 10 people overall, including the four Indians. India called targeting commercial shipping and civilian deaths “unacceptable.”
