In practice, this understanding may inform how groups approach decision-making, particularly in environments where consensus is essential. By recognizing the role of neutral participants, it becomes possible to consider not only the content of opinions, but the structure of the group itself.

There is a quiet reassurance in this perspective. It suggests that progress does not always depend on stronger arguments or louder voices, but can also arise from balance, from the presence of those who hold space rather than claim it.
