An IDF soldier shot a Palestinian man in the leg during a clash between Palestinians and Israeli settlers near the West Bank village of Faqoua. Footage appeared to show the man standing several meters from troops and posing no apparent threat when the soldier opened fire. The military said it was investigating a possible breach of protocol. The injured man was evacuated by the Palestinian Red Crescent, while authorities continued examining claims that Palestinians had thrown stones at settlers earlier.
