Guyana’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs says citizens can now apply for Saudi Arabia’s e-visa or obtain a visa on arrival without first possessing a valid US, UK, or Schengen visa. The change removes a previous third-country visa requirement and is expected to support tourism, Umrah, family visits, and business travel. Applicants still need a Saudi visa, pay applicable fees, and meet entry rules. Hajj, employment, study, and residence are not automatically covered.
