Heavy rainfall and flash floods across Iran’s northern Mazandaran Province have damaged residential, educational, and agricultural infrastructure. The provincial capital, Sari, was among the hardest-hit areas, with at least 772 homes suffering structural damage. Officials reported damage to 66 schools and educational centers, valued at approximately 45 billion tomans. Agricultural losses in Sari County alone approached 379 billion tomans, while total provincial damage was estimated at 4.5 trillion tomans.
