A helicopter carrying tourists crashed in central Kenya, killing all seven people on board, including five Americans and Ecuador’s intelligence chief. Kenya’s civil aviation authority said the crash happened Wednesday near Mount Ololokwe, with seven aboard at the time. Ecuadorian state media reported that Michele Sensi-Contugi, director general of Ecuador’s intelligence agency, and his wife were among the dead. The U.S. State Department confirmed the deaths of the five Americans. Kenyan authorities launched an investigation as search and recovery operations continued.
