FATF Removes Bulgaria, DR Congo, Ivory Coast and Monaco From Grey List, Keeps Vietnam Under Review

The Financial Action Task Force removed Bulgaria, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast and Monaco from its “grey list” after concluding they had addressed key deficiencies in anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing controls. The statement does not say Vietnam will automatically be placed on the “black list”; that designation is reserved for jurisdictions with serious, persistent strategic deficiencies.
