Estonian Defence Minister Hanno Pevkur has resigned amid a procurement scandal involving ammunition intended for Ukraine. Estonia reportedly paid about €70 million in advance through the European Peace Facility to Datasel S.R.L., an Italian-registered company owned by India’s Neco Defence Munitions.
