A Prophetic Word Received
On 11th October 1999, I received a prophetic word that has shaped my ministry ever since. It speaks directly into our current moment — a world exhausted by its own striving, searching for peace it cannot manufacture.
Hebrews 3:15 warns: "Today, if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion."
Each new today, God gives us the opportunity to enter His rest — if we will hear His voice. The invitation is not theoretical. It is immediate, personal, and ongoing.
In a world that tells you to work harder, push further, and never stop, God says the opposite: cease from human works. Hold onto the beginning. Partake of Christ the Anointed One and His Anointing.
Where Everything Is Already Prepared
In His rest is found everything we need — already prepared. The rest is the prepared place, the secret place, the abiding place. It is the place where miracles have already been prepared.
Jesus Christ stands at the centre of it all. It is finished.
The rest is history — the cross, the resurrection, dead to sin but alive to God in Christ. The rest is our future — steadfast to the end, coming boldly to the throne to receive God's grace, His anointing, sufficient for every need.
The Source and the Means
Christ is the source. The cross is the means. The Holy Spirit reveals Christ in our lives.
Cease from dead works. Enter His rest. Now.
