Drunk-Driving Rampage in Silchar: 3 Injured, Including Traffic Policeman

SILCHAR, Assam — Three people, including an on-duty traffic police officer, were injured after a speeding vehicle driven by a suspected intoxicated driver rammed into pedestrians and a police checkpoint in Silchar, Assam, on Friday, September 11, 2026.
