An independent developer has created ToolSnippet, a collection of more than 233 browser-based utilities designed to work entirely on a user’s device. The suite includes converters, cryptography tools, image processors, code generators and reference guides. According to the creator, inputs never leave local browser memory, reducing exposure of sensitive data and avoiding unnecessary network delays. The project also reflects a growing interest in offline-first software, as developers seek tools that remain useful during outages, service disruptions or an internet failure.
