South Korean police have booked a Chinese teenager without detention for allegedly listening to air traffic control communications at Jeju International Airport. Investigators say he used a radio from the airport’s observation deck for about 90 minutes on Aug. 27. A visitor alerted authorities, who detained him at the scene. Police also found photographs of at least two military facilities in Gyeonggi Province. The teenager has been barred from leaving South Korea while authorities examine his motive and possible links.
