China and the EU will hold one or two minister-level meetings annually under the China-EU trade and investment consultation mechanism, China’s commerce ministry said.

The Chinese side has invited the EU trade chief to visit China this autumn for the second meeting of the mechanism, ministry spokesperson He Yadong said at a press conference.
