Canada and Ukraine have signed a declaration establishing a 100-year partnership focused on defence, economic cooperation and reconstruction. The agreement includes joint development and manufacturing of drones and related technologies by General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada and Ukraine’s Green Tech Harvest. Canada is also launching a defence-drone marketplace and investing in air-defence interceptors, countering hybrid threats and winter infrastructure.
