Executives from Chinese companies BYD, Xiaomi, and Zhongji Innolight are reportedly likely to accompany President Xi Jinping on his U.S. visit next week. The potential delegation would mirror the business leaders President Donald Trump brought to Beijing and could support investment agreements at the summit. Innolight, a major supplier of optical transceivers for AI data centers, may attend despite possible U.S. export restrictions. Bank of China is also reportedly being considered for the delegation as part of the group.
