Bulgarian authorities are examining whether a fire at an EMCO ammunition storage facility is connected to a similar blaze and explosions in August. The latest incident began at a warehouse near Gorni Varpishta, spreading to neighboring buildings and triggering detonations. Two guards escaped, and no casualties were reported. EMCO said human error had been ruled out, while investigators consider possible sabotage. The company has faced earlier fires and alleged attacks, increasing concern over security at Bulgarian arms facilities supplying Ukraine.
