SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Broadcom announced it has secured significant AI chip orders, including a $1 billion order from a fifth customer and an additional $11 billion order from Anthropic, a leading AI developer.

CEO Hock Tan confirmed that the fourth customer in last quarter’s report was also Anthropic, signaling strong repeat business. He highlighted sustained momentum for AI spending in fiscal year 2026, reflecting broad enterprise adoption of AI technologies.

The orders underscore Broadcom’s growing role in the AI semiconductor market, supporting both cloud and enterprise AI workloads. Analysts note that these large-scale deals demonstrate confidence in Broadcom’s chip portfolio and its ability to meet rising demand in the AI sector.

Broadcom executives emphasized that demand remains robust across multiple sectors, positioning the company for continued revenue growth in FY26 as AI investments accelerate globally.
