Rather than focusing on a single drug or molecular target, the research examined a broader, systems-based approach — addressing inflammation, metabolism, vascular health, sleep, and neural signaling together rather than in isolation.

Some participants showed measurable improvements in memory, attention, and executive function, marking a departure from the long-held belief that cognitive decline in Alzheimer’s is strictly one-directional.
