Companies themselves are becoming part of that education process. Internal training, partnerships with universities, apprenticeships, and professional certification programs can help businesses develop the skills they need without relying entirely on external recruitment.

The challenge is particularly important for advanced industries such as semiconductors and AI infrastructure. These sectors require specialized knowledge that cannot be created overnight.
