India says fuel supplies to Russia are possible if needed

India’s Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said India has the capacity to provide fuel to Russia if the need arises.

Responding to questions about whether India exports fuel to Russia, Puri said India is the world’s fourth-largest oil refining country and that whether supplies are provided would depend on how the situation develops. He also said India has not suspended exports of petroleum products to other countries during crises and would continue exports.
