Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia will keep attacking Ukrainian residential buildings unless Patriot missile systems are delivered and used. He made the point in a statement posted to Telegram, saying that “as long as Patriot missiles remain in the allies’ warehouses,” Russia is encouraged to continue “defeating” homes.

Zelenskyy argued that strengthening Ukrainian air defenses is essential as Russia continues ballistic missile strikes, and he urged partners—especially the United States and European countries—to take decisive steps ahead of upcoming NATO-related meetings.
