MELBOURNE, Australia — A devastating rush-hour collision in Melbourne's inner-west has ended in tragedy after a driver succumbed to their injuries in the hospital. The severe two-vehicle crash brought morning traffic to a standstill and has triggered a major investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal impact.
