Candidates needing to enter the Express Entry pool must meet specific criteria from one of Canada’s skilled worker programs. The anticipated changes also include simplifying these entry programs to potentially merge three existing pathways: the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Canadian Experience Class, and the Federal Skilled Trades Program into a singular, streamlined option.
