Westchester, New York—New York State Police are investigating a fatal multi-vehicle crash that occurred on a major regional artery early Wednesday. One person died as a result of the collision, which involved at least three vehicles. The wreckage forced a complete shutdown of traffic for several hours, causing significant delays across the county.
